
Refund and Returns Policy

At Jolti, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you’ve ordered, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process to make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange items.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@jolti.site with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error in your order.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the items are in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
- Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, or which are damaged or missing parts, may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we will notify you and provide an explanation.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee the availability of exchanged items.
